Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
As rugs are large and heavy items, there is a return shipping charge (from £20 depending on rug size and weight). Our team will let you know the relevant fee when you set up your return, and it will then be deducted from your refund.
